We're looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Coordinator to own our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This is an ideal role for a junior or senior college student studying marketing, communications, design, or a related field who wants real, hands-on experience building a premium brand. What You'll Do Plan, create, and schedule content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories) that reflects our elevated brand aesthetic Maintain a consistent posting calendar across platforms Capture and edit photo/video content on-site at our Bellevue clinic Engage with our community — respond to comments and DMs within brand and compliance guidelines Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report monthly Collaborate with our team on campaigns, promotions, and launches What We're Looking For A portfolio or examples of social content you've created or accounts you've grown Strong eye for design and ability to execute within an established brand (we'll provide brand guidelines) Fluency with Instagram, TikTok, CapCut/Canva, Claude and scheduling tools Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable learning and following strict patient-privacy (HIPAA) protocols — no patient photos or medical info posted without proper consent and approval Details Part-time, ~15-20 hours/week
