Drive Operational Excellence:
Partner with Technology and Growth Marketing & Digital Experience teams to execute digital health product roadmaps, manage resources and timelines, optimize operations, and support go-to-market strategies.
Lead Strategic Planning & Performance Reporting:
Oversee annual planning and budgeting, track financial performance, communicate progress to stakeholders, and report on key business and product KPIs.
Provide Product Management Leadership:
Serve as the product management subject matter expert, guiding product strategy, development, adoption, commercialization opportunities, and measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
Drive Organizational Impact & Scale:
Lead change initiatives, align stakeholders around a clear vision, deliver measurable results, and build scalable solutions that can be implemented across the health system. What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional requirements you'll need Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of progressive experience in product management experience in software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health - ideally in virtual care/telehealth, patient engagement, and/or remote patient monitoring products Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable priorities Experience working with engineering and design teams in a fast-paced environment
