The perfect candidate will be comfortable seeing 18- 20 clients per week, while providing supervision to a team of pre-licensed therapists. This role has advancement opportunities as the practice continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a self-starter comfortable working in a high-paced environment. Have a strong resume with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a fee-for-service private practice. Maintain a weekly client caseload of 18- 20 patients. Thrive in a performance-based compensation environment. Required Skills/Abilities Master's degree with current licensure in the state of Maryland as an LCSW and be a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor. Available to be on-site 3-4 days per week to provide oversight to clinical staff and see patients. Passionate about quality evidence-based treatment and contributing to the field by training and supervising others. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice. Excellent time management skills. Tasks & Responsibilities Supervision and Consultation Provide clinical oversight to pre licensed therapists. Client Care Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Flexible work from home options available.
