About the Role As a Treatment Coordinator & Patient Advocate, you'll guide patients through their dental implant journey—from first inquiry to treatment completion. You'll combine patient care, consultative guidance, and front desk support to ensure a seamless, positive experience. You'll educate patients, help them understand treatment and financing options, and support them in making confident decisions.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for patients alongside the office manager, guiding them through their first inquiry all the way through their treatment plans, addressing their concerns with enthusiasm and clarity. Handle patient phone inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity, creating a positive first impression of Rosy Dental. Lead face-to-face consultations to explain treatment options to help patients make an informed decision Walk patients through financing options and help them understand payment plans or third-party solutions Assist with scheduling patient follow-up appointments, and patient education on pre- and post-treatment care Document patient interactions accurately in EHR/EMR systems Communicate effectively with team and provider on patient status or concerns Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to support patient lead generation (warm lead calls) Help manage and execute a structured follow-up process for prospective patients Educate and re-engage patients who have delayed treatment Greet patients and manage check-in, including new patient paperwork Conduct intake assessments and gather medical histories (HIPAA compliant) Have a positive outlook and a passion for what we do! Who We're Looking For This role requires a highly motivated, patient-centered professional with strong consultative sales skills and the ability to confidently guide patients through high-value treatment decisions, including financial considerations. Proven success in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections face-to-face and close Strong verbal communication and phone skills, with the ability to educate, listen, and guide patients effectively over the phone or F2F Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing options with patients High emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Reliable self-starter mentality with accountability and drive to exceed goals Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing tasks Flexible with changes Maintains poise and positivity under pressure Passion for helping patients and belief in the value of what we do
Qualifications:
1-3 years of consultative B2C sales experience preferred Ability to quickly build rapport, assess patient needs, and create urgency Outgoing, confident, and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills Experience using a CRM or tracking system preferred
