  • Healthcare Strategy Senior Manager
  • The Healthcare Strategy Senior Manager leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide growth strategies, driving alignment from executive leadership through execution. This role is accountable for shaping and advancing

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + •Executive Leadership Governance & Board Engagement•+ Lead development of materials and strategic narratives for •Executive Leadership Team (ELT) offsites and Board of Directors reviews•, ensuring clear articulation of growth priorities, risks, and performance.
+ Establish and manage governance frameworks to track progress against strategic initiatives, enabling data-driven decision making and executive alignment. + Partner with senior leaders across Healthcare and enterprise functions to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on long-term strategic direction. +
  • Organic Growth Strategy & Ideation
  • + Identify, prioritize, and incubate
  • high-impact (wildly important) organic growth opportunities
  • across healthcare logistics, including new products, capabilities, and market expansions. + Translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into differentiated value propositions and strategic initiatives. + Lead cross-functional forums to evaluate, pressure-test, and advance growth concepts into executable programs. +
  • Strategic Program Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution
  • + Drive end-to-end execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment across product management, sales, operations, and marketing teams. + Collaborate with stakeholders to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and ensure effective communication through all customer channels. + Identify performance gaps and lead cross-functional actions to address risks and accelerate growth outcomes. +
  • Market Intelligence & Performance Analytics
  • + Direct advanced analysis of market trends, customer buying behaviors, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decision making. + Oversee development of executive-level dashboards and reporting to track product performance, growth initiative progress, and financial outcomes. + Deliver both routine and ad-hoc insights to support executive reviews and strategic planning cycles.
  • Strategic Planning & Enablement
  • + ​Develop and deploy content to enable field teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and value propositions. + Maintain critical strategy infrastructure, tools, and materials to support ongoing execution and governance.
