MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical oversight of CODAC location Supervision of all counseling, case management, and clinical supervisor staff for all clinical related functions. Work cooperatively with Program Administrator to assure the quality and consistency of patient service provision Ensure compliance with Federal, State and CODAC guidelines related to clinical policies Review of client records (i.e. quality of care, QA standards, State and Federal criteria and CODAC policy and procedures) to assure compliance Maintain a patient caseload and all related duties, when necessary Clinical staff orientation and training, staff scheduling and staff evaluations Program development, including recognition development needs, determining community and patient demographics, identification of physical support and grant writing Participate in Treatment Team Meeting and other committee activities as assigned Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness Develop community support, education and outreach Document all services, in the patient record, to reflect Health Home Services Obtain and sustain Motivational Interviewing proficiency Participate in Performance Improvement activities Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
