Position Summary:
Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for clinical oversight of assigned intensive service programs including services provided by a Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCO). Coordinates client care for clients accessing DCO services. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care and ensures mission is implemented throughout FSRI and Partner Agencies. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required Required to be independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor Clinical Supervision Experience strongly preferred Proficiency in professional writing Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated Flexible schedule with some evenings Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must Ability to work independently and part of a team
Physical Requirements:
This position requires community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to: Current driver's license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance Ability to communicate effectively Travel to and from clients' residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators Ability to lift up to 20lbs Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements Don't meet every single requirement?
