Job Description

Charleston ENT & Allergy is South Carolina's largest private ENT practice with an accredited ambulatory surgery center and multiple locations across the state. Our success stems from our team of award-winning physicians, audiologists, and dedicated support staff. With over 300 professionals currently employed, we aim to provide exceptional care for our patients. Charleston ENT & Allergy is always seeking enthusiastic, caring, and talented individuals to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Director in the Hilton Head/Bluffton, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The ASC Director will oversee the daily operations of the surgery center, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff, and maintain a superior level of patient care. Responsibilities include budget management, implementing operational policies, collaborating with healthcare providers, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance, operational policies, and safety standards specific to ambulatory surgery centers. Financial management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with physicians, staff, and stakeholders. Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement methodologies. Prior experience in a healthcare supervisory or management role, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center or similar setting. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) credential is preferred but not required.
