Job Description
Patient Access Coordinator (Part-Time) Bluffton, SC | 16-20 Hours Per Week We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while helping keep our clinic running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments Answer incoming calls and return voicemails Manage cancellations and reschedules Collect copays and patient payments Assist with patient paperwork and intake forms Scan and upload documentation into patient charts Fill schedule openings and assist with waitlist management Qualifications Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Medical office or healthcare experience preferred, but not required Reliable, professional, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible part-time schedule Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.
