Our mission is to have 80% of our community under chiropractic care. With growth and expansion in our clinics, we are looking for the perfect person to help us achieve our goal of health and wellness for our local community. We are looking for someone who wants to make an impact. Live for Wellness Chiropractic Center needs a professional, energetic, dependable assistant. This position would involve organizing a heavy patient load and handling a busy reception area. The candidate must be superb on the telephone, extremely detail oriented and must know how to use iPad applications. All patient intake is electronic on an iPad; candidate must be technologically savvy. Live for Wellness is looking for a Patient Coordinator with administrative billing experience, statistic tracking (Excel spreadsheet) capability and EHR experience. We need a go-getter and a runner to join our team. This is not a sit-down receptionist position. Experience with medical terminology is highly recommended for assisting doctors with patients. Live for Wellness specializes in pediatric care, so the position requires comfortability with babies and small children. The candidate must be coachable and willing to be a team leader under the direction of the clinic doctors. Seminars and travel will occur for training 1-2 times per year, as a clinic team. Average is $21-23/hour starting. Close living proximity will be highly recommended for this position due to high traffic in the Charleston area.
