Job Description

Clinical Coordinator Carolina Integrative Medicine | Clemson, SC Carolina Integrative Medicine is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting providers, coordinating patient care, managing clinical communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, adaptable, and experienced in a healthcare setting. They should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities while providing exceptional service to both patients and team members. What You'll Do Support providers during patient care and clinical operations Coordinate laboratory testing, requisitions, and specimen handling Perform venipuncture and other clinical support duties Manage patient communications, triage messages, and phone calls Assist with chart preparation, documentation, and follow-up tracking Help maintain efficient patient flow and clinic operations Collaborate with team members to ensure a high-quality patient experience Uphold clinical standards, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of care A Day in the Life Your day may begin by preparing charts, reviewing lab orders, and drawing labs before patients arrive. Throughout the day, you'll help coordinate testing, communicate with patients regarding clinical questions, assist providers during appointments, and ensure important follow up items don't fall through the cracks. You'll be a key member of a collaborative team that values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. No two days are exactly alike, and every day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting required Phlebotomy experience required Confidence performing venipuncture and working directly with patients in a clinical setting Healthcare licensure (LPN, RN, EMT, CMA, etc.) is welcomed but not required Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working closely with patients, providers, and team members Experience with electronic medical records is preferred Interest in integrative, functional, or wellness-focused healthcare is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here Meaningful work that changes lives Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities for personal and professional growth A mission-driven organization committed to excellence The opportunity to be part of a practice that is redefining healthcare How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short video (2-3 minutes maximum) answering one of the following questions:
