Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A residential treatment program in Southern Virginia , serving adolescents is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee all clinical services and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. This leadership role is responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary team, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting positive outcomes for youth and families. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with experience in adolescent behavioral health, capable of balancing program oversight with hands-on support in a dynamic environment. Competitive Salary Great stability at a property looking to expand Strong H/D/V package 401k Clinical Director Requirements and Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Doctorate preferred) Active clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of Virginia 5+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role Experience working with adolescents in residential, inpatient, or acute care settings Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and adolescent development Experience with clinical documentation, EMR systems, and compliance standards Ability to lead crisis intervention efforts and provide guidance in high-risk situations Clinical Director Preferred Background and Skills Experience with Joint Commission standards and Department of Behavioral Health regulations Training or certification in TF-CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities Background in family therapy and systems-based approaches Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain clinical teams Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, clinical environmentJOB ID :
