9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Job Summary We are seeking dependable, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our pharmacy team as full-time Patient Experience Coordinators. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others, communicates respectfully and courteously, and values professionalism in both appearance and conduct. Patient Experience Coordinators rotate between several front-end operational roles within the pharmacy, including phone-based patient care coordination, prescription pick-up and drop-off, cashier responsibilities, and retail floor concierge duties. This team serves as the face and voice of the pharmacy and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and patient-centered experience. We believe old-fashioned customer service still matters. Core Responsibilities Patient Communication & Call Management Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously Make outgoing patient calls regarding prescription status, scheduling, and follow-up needs Communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately with patients and providers Triage calls and patient concerns to the appropriate department Maintain accurate documentation and attention to detail Prescription Pick-Up & Drop-Off Assist patients with prescription drop-off and pickup Coordinate prescription pickup scheduling Process transactions accurately and efficiently Provide a smooth, organized, and professional patient experience Support pharmacy workflow and front counter operations Retail Floor & Concierge Responsibilities Greet all patients and customers warmly upon arrival Assist patients in navigating pharmacy services and departments Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the retail floor Restock and maintain front-end inventory displays Assist elderly or mobility-limited patients when needed Help create a welcoming and professional environment at all times What we are looking for Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Professional demeanor with respectful and courteous communication habits Clean, tidy, and professional appearance and conduct Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to adapt and transition between multiple responsibilities throughout the day Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn pharmacy systems Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred Pharmacy experience is not required Ideal Candidate Traits Respectful and service-minded Mature and dependable Self-motivated with strong personal accountability Professional in communication and presentation Team-oriented with a positive attitude Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and visual aesthetic of retail displays and patient facing areas Takes initiative and willingly helps others without being asked Bonus Traits (Preferred, Not Required) A natural sense for creating an organized, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing retail floor Enjoys maintaining and improving the visual presentation and flow of a customer-facing space Takes pride in how a space looks, feels, and functions for patients and customers Our company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applicants for all positions equally without regard to race, age, sex, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, veteran status or disability.
