New Patient Coordinator Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Assignment Length:
12 weeks minimum
Pay Rate:
$17/hour
Job Description:
We're seeking a New Patient Coordinator to support a busy medical office. This role focuses on patient intake and coordination, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Process referrals and obtain medical records Scan and upload documents into the EHR Verify insurance coverage Schedule new patient appointments Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
