In this role, you will provide high-level operational, clinical, and programmatic leadership across Integrated and Outreach Behavioral Health services while continuing to engage in direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary, whole-person care team. You will help shape programs, strengthen workflows, support staff development, build community partnerships, monitor outcomes, and drive meaningful improvement across the department. Qualifications:
