Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Facility Maintenance Coordinator for a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing facility maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, contractor activities, and plant utilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee facility and equipment maintenance Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules Coordinate repairs, contractors, and vendors Procure repair parts and manage maintenance inventory Monitor facility systems including HVAC, utilities, and wastewater Maintain budgets and support cost control efforts Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance Support audits, inspections, and facility improvement projects
Qualifications:
3-5 years of facility or industrial maintenance experience Experience coordinating contractors and PM programs Working knowledge of HVAC, utilities, wastewater, and CMMS software Strong organizational and communication skills Understanding of safety and regulatory requirements Manufacturing experience preferred Apply today to join a strong team and grow your career with Recruiting Solutions.
