Job Description

Company DescriptionIn this role, the person would assist with FO duties like answering phones, scanning documents, scheduling patient, assisting patients with paperwork, as well as assisting the therapist with patient care in the gym. The ideal candidate would work in the afternoons.

We have an innovative treatment model that allows you to truly focus on each patient every visit and for patients to receive more individualized attention and care.

Job DescriptionThe Patient Care Coordinator facilitates the delivery of health care through customer service, administrative tasks, and assisting with patient care. Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to dischargeAnswering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned 
QualificationsPatient Care Coordinator Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalentExcellent in-person and phone customer serviceProficient in Word or ExcelClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer servicePrevious experience working in a medical receptionist role is preferred but not required.
