Job Description

Title:
Patient Care Administrator (PCA), Quality Assurance (QA)
Position:
Full-Time, Hourly Based at: TCR -
Spartanburg Position Summary:
The PCA/QA will be primarily responsible for capturing and entering clinical trial data while following GCP and ICH guidelines. The PCA/QA responsibilities revolve around entering databases with accurate information, identifying errors and inconsistencies in accordance with study timelines. The PCA/QA will also develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with study personnel. Since this is primarily a customer contact position, it requires an outgoing, friendly personality and someone who enjoys working with a diverse population of people. This position requires strong computer skills.

Primary Accountabilities:
Sponsor and patient communication Timely data entry/query resolution Signature process Collaboration with CRC Temperature monitoring Medical record request/distribution
Scheduling General Accountabilities:
Check patients in/out. Schedule/reschedule patient appointments. Input patient data into company systems. Greet and assist monitor during remote/onsite visits. Daily temperature monitoring. Investigator signature process. Patient reminder phone calls / emails / texts. Create patient binders. Enter data in accordance with study timelines. Resolve queries in accordance with study timelines. Complete any necessary study training. Prepare charts for monitor visits. Medical record requests Print faxes. Send PCP notification letters. Receives and reviews monitor letters and proactively resolve any issues noted. Attend meetings and/or teleconferences related to assigned study. Complete quality assurance check of all source documents at each visit. Oversee chart organization of source documents.
