Job Description

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance and people? Join our Randstad Inhouse Team as a Site Coordinator and become the essential link in our talent hiring process. You will own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for your assigned client sites, ensuring a seamless experience for both new hires and hiring managers. Why This Role is

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
Compliance Champion:
You ensure every process-from I-9 verification to background checks-is executed with precision and full legal compliance.
Relationship Builder:
You cultivate positive relationships with candidates as their primary point of contact. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This will start as a part-time position & you must be able to work anywhere between 20-35 hours per week (depending on business needs).
salary:
$21 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Answer calls and respond to candidate and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Source, recruit, and engage candidates for open positions using various recruiting methodsUtilize recruiting platforms and apps to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate recordsConduct outbound calls to candidates for pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up communicationConduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, availablility, and fit for client needsCoordinate and facilitate new hire orientationAssist with onboarding processes, including pre-employment requirements & electronic paperwork completionSupport employee follow-up and general workforce communication as neededPartner with Site Managers to ensure hiring goals are achieved & coverage needs are metMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with both candidates & client partnersAssist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support site success The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills CreativityOrientationScheduling AppointmentsOrganizationPrioritizingWorking IndependentlyAnswering PhonesMulti-taskingHandling Confidential InformationOral CommunicationProblem SolvingGoogle for Business SuiteMicrosoft OfficeWritten CommunicationRecruitingSourcingOnboarding Qualifications Years of experience: 0 yearsExperience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
