Job Description
Job Highlights:
Provide Clinical supervision to Master Social Workers Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing of the social service programs of the facility Develops and implement policies and procedures for identifying the medically-related social and emotional needs of the patients/residents Assists in providing solutions to social and practical environmental problems, including seeking financial assistance, discharge planning (including collaboration with community agencies) and providing referrals to other community agencies when specialized assistance is requiredPosition Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Program Director to join our dedicated team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical program, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering a culture of quality care.Posted Salary Range:
USD $75,000.00- USD $80,000.
Wage Commensuration:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining compliance with clinical program policies. Assure that hiring, disciplinary actions and termination procedures are conducted in accordance with organizational policies and in consultation with Regional HR and CEO. Complete and submit monthly PI (Performance Improvement) report and ensure that all deficiencies identified through the performance improvement analysis are addressed with appropriate problem-solving actions. Ensure adequate orientation and staff development for all therapy staff. Maintain communication and coordination with attending physicians to meet the needs of the program. Responsible for coordinating census management activities with the CEO and other members of the leadership team as well as collaborative information gained from community partners. Maintain communication and coordination with Medical Director and attending medical/psychiatry clinicians Ensure that meeting facilitation and clinical leadership is provided to the multi-disciplinary treatment team, the team meeting structure and its members are active and own the process. Ensure that all patients attend all treatment team meetings held unless contraindicated for clinical reasons Provide leadership in facilitating the Multi-Disciplinary treatment planning team meetingsQualifications & Requirements:
Master's degree in counseling or equivalent master's degree in a mental health field Current State license as a LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker), LISWCP (Licensed Independent Social Worker- Clinical Practice) Preferred or other equivalent board-certified mental health licensure 2+ years of experience in facility based mental health program Able to problem solve and think critically Comfortable with PC and charting electronically Reliable transportation required
