What You'll Do:

Lead interdisciplinary care planning and patient assessments Maintain open communication with patients and families Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants Support the Director of Nursing with assigned duties

Qualifications:

Current RN license in South Carolina Minimum 2 years of clinical and clerical experience
