This role supports the Director of Clinical Operations in coordinating clinical workflows, ensuring safe and efficient patient care, and fostering a supportive, high-performing team culture. The Nurse Supervisor leads by example, demonstrating professionalism, clinical excellence, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Staff Support:

Provide daily on-site leadership and serve as a resource for clinical staff, including RN's, LPN's CMA's and Clinical Assistants. Collaborate with other leadership and multidisciplinary teams

Clinical Operations & Workflow Oversight:

Ensure consistent adherence to established clinical protocols and best practices

Quality, Compliance & Safety:

Uphold all regulatory and organizational standards including HIPAA, OSHA and infection control

Education & Training:

Assist with onboarding, orientation, and competency assessment for new clinical team members

Direct Patient Care :

Deliver direct orthopedic patient care within scope of licensure

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current active clinical license (RN or LPN in good standing) Minimum of 2 years of orthopedic or ambulatory clinical experience Prior team leader or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining high clinical and patient-care standards. Demonstrated knowledge of clinical operations and documentation standards. Proficiency with EMR and scheduling systems; experience with Paylocity or similar platforms a plus. Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff; strong delegation, coaching, and team-building capabilities. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, process improvement, and audit skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships across departments. #hc234394
