SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Staffing Coordinator plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to perform staffing duties and staffing recordkeeping functions to assist the Director of Nursing in meeting the staffing needs of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to ensure that proper staffing requirements are always maintained.

Shift:
Day Shift, with weekend and holiday availability. Education and Experience Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of staffing processes and procedures preferred. Must possess medication aide certification-Can be obtained after hire)
