This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a positive, team-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience while helping support the daily operations of our growing medical aesthetics practice.
Schedule Monday:
9:00 AM•2:00
PM Wednesday:
9:00 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•2:00 PM Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM•2:00 PM Approximately 20-25 hours per week. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide an exceptional patient experience Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Check patients in and out Collect payments and maintain accurate records Assist with patient follow-up and treatment plan coordination Educate patients on skincare products, services, memberships, and promotions Assist with retail sales and inventory management Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Support providers and management with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a medical office, medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice Medical Assistant experience Phlebotomy experience Retail sales experience Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is warm, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
