As a first point of guidance for our patients, you will play a vital role in helping patients understand their treatment, navigate financial arrangements, and feel supported throughout their journey to improved oral health. This is an opportunity to become a trusted advocate for patients while working alongside a highly-skilled clinical team dedicated to excellence. What You'll Do Guide patients through recommended periodontal and implant treatment with confidence, professionalism, and compassion. Educate patients on procedures, benefits, timelines, and next steps. Present financial arrangements and discuss payment options. Coordinate scheduling to maximize patient convenience and treatment acceptance. Build meaningful relationships that create an exceptional patient experience. Serve as a liaison between patients, doctors, specialists, and team members. Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and ongoing care. Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication throughout the practice. What We're Looking For Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. A warm, confident, and professional presence. Ability to build trust and develop strong patient relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Experience in dentistry, healthcare, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
