Other services we provide are vaccines, routine checkups, sick appointments, boarding, digital radiology, in-house diagnostics, dentistry, acupuncture, cold laser therapy, holistic medicine, routine and advanced (soft tissue and orthopedics) surgical care, and much more. We are proud to be accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association and are members of the American Association of Feline Practitioners.

This role will assist with patient flow, team support, and coverage where needed throughout the clinic, while offering hands-on leadership development in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting on the clinic floor as needed as a CSR or Veterinary AssistantSupporting daily operations and staff workflowLearning and implementing management practicesAssisting leadership with scheduling, organization, and team communicationHelping maintain a positive and efficient clinic environmentThis position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced 5 doctor clinicQualificationsWe're looking for a Veterinary Clinic Lead who is:

A positive, dependable team leader with a strong work ethicAble to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to support daily hospital operationsExperienced in veterinary medicine, with a minimum of 1 year preferredSkilled in delivering exceptional client service and communicating clearly with both clients and team membersConfident interpreting medical records and accurately documenting patient historiesKnowledgeable in preventative care, surgical procedures, and overall hospital workflowComfortable leading by example while supporting and mentoring team membersProficient in low-stress animal restraint and safe patient handlingExperienced in sample collection, including blood, urine, fecal, and skin samplesCapable of properly preparing and processing laboratory samples and diagnostic testsSkilled in positioning and capturing high-quality radiographsA self-starter who is motivated to continue growing their veterinary knowledge and leadership skillsReceptive to constructive feedback and committed to maintaining an efficient, collaborative hospital environmentAdditional InformationWe offer our staff:
