Green Orthodontics is seeking an energetic, personable, and experienced Patient Relations Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice. As the first person our patients meet and the last person they see before leaving, you will play a vital role in creating a five-star patient experience and helping our practice maintain the exceptional reputation we've built in the community. Friday Office Hours:
7:45 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do Serve as the welcoming first impression and friendly farewell for every patient Answer multiple telephone lines professionally and efficiently Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with confidence and accuracy Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized patient interactions Manage front desk operations and daily administrative tasks Process payments and maintain accurate patient records Handle incoming and outgoing mail and office correspondence Monitor inventory levels and place office supply orders Utilize strong computer and keyboarding skills to support office efficiency Assist with maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure an outstanding patient experience What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, warm, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You should be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and committed to delivering exceptional service every day. Required Qualifications High school diploma required Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience Strong customer service background Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in written and spoken English Keyboarding speed of at least 40 WPM (covered keyboard test required) Strong computer skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Preferred Qualifications College education Previous dental, orthodontic, or medical office experience Experience with patient scheduling and front office operations Additional Requirements Must pass pre-employment examination Drug screening required Background check required Willingness to learn dental and orthodontic terminology Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning Recent graduates are encouraged to apply if they possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
