Immediate opening GEM Neurology PLLC is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly reliable Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Front Desk to join our private neurology practice in Clinton, Tennessee. This is a front desk position for someone who can confidently manage the daily flow of the clinic, communicate professionally with patients, and keep the office organized and efficient. This opportunity is ideal for someone with recent experience in a medical or dental front office who is looking for a structured, predictable, and professional work environment.

Schedule Monday-Friday:

10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Lunch break: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM 1-hour unpaid lunch No weekends This schedule equals approximately 25 paid hours per week. Employee may request to work fewer hours or fewer days per week, subject to Employer approval and clinic staffing needs. Any approved reduced schedule must be agreed to in writing by Employer. This position offers long-term stability, predictable hours, and the opportunity to grow with the clinic. Responsibilities Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Verify insurance and collect co-pays. Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information. Request, receive, scan, fax, and organize medical records. Process documents accurately. Manage EMR tasks and support the daily front office workflow. Call patients as needed. Help maintain a professional and welcoming patient experience. Requirements Recent experience in a medical or dental front desk role is required. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask accurately, comfort using electronic medical records, and a professional, dependable, detail-oriented work style. Professional references may be requested. Experience with billing and coding is a plus.

Compensation Starting rate:

$20.00 per hour After 6 months: $21.00 per hour After 1 year: $22.00 per hour After 2.5 years: $23.00 per hour After 5 years: $24.00 per hour Performance Bonus Eligible after 1 year of employment based on performance, reliability, professionalism, and clinic needs. Bonus is not guaranteed and is awarded at the employer's discretion.
