They are health-conscious, invested women who have often tried everything else. The person at our front desk is the first and last impression they have of us on every single visit. That role matters enormously here. What You'll Own Your job is to make the patient experience seamless from the moment someone contacts our office and walks through our door. That means greeting patients by name, managing the schedule with precision, pre-scheduling care plans, processing payments, and making sure no one falls through the cracks. Day to day you will check patients in and out, manage the flow of a busy clinical environment, collect co-pays and balances, pre-schedule patients into their care plans, support our doctors with room turnover and supply management, and help new patients feel genuinely at home. Schedule:

We are open Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon clinical shifts, including two early evening shifts per week. This role is part-time to full-time depending on the right fit, with consistent weekday hours and no weekends. Exact hours are determined based on candidate availability and practice needs.

Compensation:

Hourly, commensurate with experience, plus a performance-based bonus structure. Benefits include complimentary chiropractic care for you and your immediate family.
