Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dental clinic environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix software. Provide medical administrative support by managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care. Assist in the coordination of patient referrals to specialists as needed. Requirements Experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly desirable but not required. Ability to type efficiently and accurately for documentation purposes. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be a highly organized individual with a passion for meeting new people.
