Position Category Staff Full Time Job Description The LMU-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine Assistant/Associate Director of Clinical Education assists the Dean of Clinical Medicine with all aspects of the clinical rotations for the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at Orange Park. Required Qualifications any combination of education, training or experience as identified in the knowledge, skills and abilities section; and a minimum of five years previous experience in a comparable office setting Preferred Qualifications bachelors degree in relevant field. Physical Demands Campus Orange Park Florida Job Duty Job Duty promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large Job Duty promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students Job Duty participate on university committees Job Duty assists the Director of Clinical Operations with managing and maintaining The Rotations Management system for rotations and student management by entering information on students, faculty, and sites Job Duty assist with set-up for the rotation optimization system Job Duty assist with managing the VSAS database Job Duty supervise clinical coordinators in the Orange Park Office of Clinical Education Job Duty assist with implementing policies and procedures for assigning students to specific rotations Job Duty track multiple telephone inquiries, emails and student schedule changes Job Duty send out appropriate paperwork to sites for student rotations Job Duty coordinate confidential student, facility and preceptor files and compile regular and special reports as needed Job Duty ensure 3rd and 4th year osteopathic medical students as assigned to the rotations coordinator are scheduled and confirmed for clinical rotations that meet the requirements of the DCOM curriculum for graduation Job Duty ensure students are current with immunizations Job Duty ensure that students assigned to the rotations coordinator have the appropriate background checks prior to starting rotations Job Duty assist with applications and scheduling residency interviews (including VSAS applications) Job Duty work closely with sites and their coordinators on changes to rotations and preceptors Job Duty gather student required clinical rotation documentation (drug screen, background check all health documentation) Job Duty provide required clinical rotation documentation to preceptors and hospitals Job Duty maintain health records for student Job Duty work closely with the students in setting up and making sure that all rotations are met for graduation Job Duty assist the Director of Clinical Operations with monitoring formative and summative evaluations for students on rotations and compile grades Job Duty monitor confidential student, facility and preceptor files and compile regular and special reports as needed Job Duty assist with maintaining database by entering, updating and tracking information on students, faculty and sites Job Duty complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites Job Duty perform other duties as assigned Posting Detail Information Posting Number S05313P Job Open Date 05/19/2026 Job Close Date 09/19/2026 Open Until Filled No Special Instructions Summary About the Institution Lincoln Memorial University is a values-based learning community dedicated to providing educational experiences in the liberal arts and professional studies.
