Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Implementation, coaching/training, and supervision of clinic staff in company clinical policies, procedures, programs, training, and supervision protocols Provide oversight, guidance, and support with onboarding and training of all new learners and families Provide clinical oversight, support, and supervision to a team of BCBA's, RBT's, Behavior Technicians, SLP's and OT's Implement & support a reduced individual learner billable caseload as a BCBA Provide oversight of JBK U mentorship program to ABA graduate students within your clinic, and assist in providing restricted and unrestricted supervision for students, including implementing JBK's group supervision curriculum Oversee and assist with interviewing and hiring of clinic staff (BCBA's, SLP, OT/COTA, RBT's) Auditing/oversight for quality assurance of learners programming and services Responsible for tracking and reporting on your clinic's KPI's and presenting to JBK leadership team Oversee social validity data (i.e. parent satisfaction data) for your JBK families Oversee clinical staff, schedules, and services Provide mentorship and coaching to BCBA's and clinical staff, analyze performance data, and develop/oversee growth plans based on that data Direct, guide, and support office management staff in daily operations Develop and participate in relevant behavior analytic events, including conferences, trainings, and review of current research-based literature Facilitate and engage in JBK staff leadership meetings, individual/group BCBA meetings, and individual/group Tech meetings, etc. Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBA's, SLP's, OT's, RBT's, and Behavior Technicians, as requested Guide and support employee relations issues with assistance from Human Resources Drive the execution of JBK services, quality, and growth initiatives- as directed from the CCO Foster a positive team culture that supports and embodies JBK's mission, vision, and values Telehealth Supervision as needed Support coordination of team building activities and continuing education opportunities Requirements to
Succeed:
Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Must posses Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certificate and valid state license (LBA) (if applicable) Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 8+ years' experience as a practicing BCBA Experience in a leadership role (preferred) Must demonstrate the ability to be detailed oriented, organized, and task driven Desire to lead and participate on an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional services to our learners and families Desire to provide evidence-based, trauma-free, high-quality services to learners and families Desire to mentor and support aspiring and newly-credentialed BCBA's Must passionately and consistently exemplify
