Job Description

We are currently adding a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across our Tri-Cities locations. This role focuses on creating a smooth and welcoming experience for patients while supporting scheduling, communication, and coordination within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out Provide clear, friendly communication both in person and over the phone Support scheduling needs, including filling gaps and managing changes Coordinate with clinical team members to help accommodate same-day care when possible Assist with patient follow-up, including confirmations and outreach for incomplete treatment Maintain awareness of patient financing options (training available)
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable communicating with a variety of patients and team members Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable Previous dental or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
