Position Summary:
The RN is responsible for delegating, coordinating, and managing all aspects of nursing care and services provided to the patient and family in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and respectful manner. Patient and family centered care is delivered in collaboration with the patient, family, and members of the healthcare team. The Structural Heart Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse who facilitates seamless care from referral through 1-year follow up. This position plans, coordinates and facilitates the care of the structural heart patient with Valve Team according to established national standards and practices. ?
Position Qualification:
Bachelors degree (BSN) or ASN Current Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee
