This role is ideal for someone who excels in patient communication, insurance knowledge, and case acceptance in a fast paced dental environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Collect patient information and update records accurately Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Process patient payments and maintain daily balances Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Manage appointment confirmations, recalls, and cancellations Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle patient questions and provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organized front office area Assist with administrative tasks and office communications Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft preferred Qualifications Minimum two to three years of dental treatment coordination experience required Strong knowledge of insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Excellent patient communication and presentation skills Proficient with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple treatment plans simultaneously Professional, dependable, and patient focused Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance based bonuses tied to case acceptance or production Paid time off and holidays Supportive team and growth opportunities Why Join Us Established, reputable practice Positive, team oriented environment Doctors who value patient education and transparency Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and practice growth To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your treatment coordination experience.
