Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Clinical Coordinator to join our office team. This role is essential to the daily success of the clinical area and helps ensure that both patients and team members experience an efficient, positive, and well-organized environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing patient care responsibilities with clinical operations and team coordination. Responsibilities Must have a current registered Dental Assistant License in the state of TN Coordinate and oversee daily clinical flow and patient scheduling efficiency Assist the orthodontist and clinical team during patient appointments as needed Help maintain excellent patient experiences and communication throughout treatment Ensure treatment areas are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for daily operations Monitor clinical inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies Assist with sterilization and maintain OSHA and infection control standards Support onboarding and training of clinical team members when needed Help coordinate lab cases, appliances, and clinical materials Troubleshoot scheduling or workflow issues to maintain smooth office operations Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinical area Assist with patient education regarding treatment and appliances Communicate effectively with both front office and clinical team members Ensure accurate documentation within the practice management system Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable, professional, and dependable What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and collaborative work environment Paid holidays and additional benefits available based on employment status We are looking for someone who enjoys helping both patients and team members succeed while contributing to a positive, organized, and efficient office culture.
