Do you thrive in a leadership role, empowering others to achieve their wellness goals? Are you interested in playing a pivotal role in leading our team of dedicated professionals while growing yourself? If you answer yes to any or all of the above statements, then we invite you to learn a bit more about the opportunities within Thrive Physical Therapy. We are looking for an experienced physical therapist who desires to help a like-minded company grow or possibly open a new location. Our desire is to find the right person to help us expand into a new area where we can offer people our services with a "hometown healing" environment. We are an organization who believes in challenging the status quo, elevating the profession of physical therapy and having ALL our clinicians practicing to the TOP of their licenses. We do this by providing a very robust continuing education program, clinical mentorship, leadership training, and a collaborative work environment. We provide a path for our clinicians to achieve the designations of Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Trigger Point Dry Needling Certified (CDNT) and Board Certified as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS). If you are enthusiastic about helping your patients achieve optimal results, educating the medical community and general public on "PT First and Why", and being the provider of choice in your community, then we would like to talk to you! Our organizations believe a physical therapist can be a cost saver to the medical system by avoiding unneeded X-Rays and MRI's, eliminating injections and medications that only cover up the problem, and providing outcomes that ultimately prevent surgeries. The Clinic Manager's primary role is to assure clinical performance is being met with excellence within their respective clinic, to connect with the public and community they serve, and to collaborate throughout the organization overcome obstacles that limit a phenomenal patient experience. Job duties are not limited to, but include: Provide patient care while ensuring clinical excellence, completion of care plans and outstanding patient outcomes. Manage staff and day to day operations of clinic. Educate and proactively connect with the community on how conservative physical therapy can effectively address musculoskeletal injuries. Harvest and develop Direct Access opportunities within respective area of influence. Regular liaison with marketing staff to monitor referral patterns, trends and give insight as appropriate. Attend marketing breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and some afterhours events to help educate physicians and the community on our services. Ensure compliance with company procedures in all matters of documentation, supervision, and billing. Meet regularly with the organization, clinical team and supervisor as scheduled. Educate physical therapy students.
