Position Summary:
Position Summary Comments Under the supervision of the Vice President of Specialty Practice Development, the Practice Administrator plans and directs the operational activities of assigned medical practices. Oversees adherence to the organization policies and proper communication to and involvement of subordinate personnel regarding practice operations. Plans, organizes and directs daily operations to include staffing, practice growth and improvement, financial performance and customer service. Accountable for operational and financial performance results of assigned practices. The Practice Administrator must be knowledgeable in human resource management and practice management, and be adept in both clinical and business office settings. The Practice Administrator trains, evaluates, supervises and provides administrative support for the office staff. The ability to work as a team member is essential. The Practice Administrator serves as a role model and mentor to the office staff and must be knowledgeable, encouraging, enthusiastic, and nurturing. The Practice Administrator must demonstrate a high level of personal integrity.
Position Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree and 5 years and 5 years of relevant experience. Prefer someone with experience in the specialty of Behavioral health.
