Job Description
Account Manager Full-Time • On-Site • $70,000 - $80,000 + Incentive Bonus At Towne, it's more than a job — you can make an impact. As an Account Manager, you are the on-site leader responsible for making that happen. What You'll Do Lead, recruit, hire, and develop your frontline team day to day Coach for performance — recognize top talent, address gaps, and build future leaders Own scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, and overtime for your location Drive account financial performance including forecasting, productivity, and profitability Deliver consistent, high-quality guest and patient service across every shift Build and maintain a strong working relationship with your client Manage safety, claims, and compliance in line with company policy Identify opportunities to grow Towne 's business within your account What You Bring 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, healthcare services, customer service, valet parking, or a related field Proven ability to lead hourly or frontline teams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills — confident with clients, associates, and leadership alike Operational and financial acumen; comfortable reading reports and driving metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to drive manual transmission Must be 18+ and able to pass a background, MVR, and drug screen Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered What We Offer Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience Annual incentive bonus potential Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance 80 hours PTO, 6 paid holidays, and 4 floating holidays per year 401(k) retirement savings plan On-the-job training and real opportunities for career growth A culture built on delivering exceptional hospitality — every shift, every guest Towne is an equal opportunity employer.
