Our mission is to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and cared for — from consultation to recovery. Role Overview Solace Implant Center and Oral Surgery is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced healthcare setting where professionalism, communication, and compassion are essential. In this role, you will help patients through the scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination process while providing an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Answering incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Following up with patients regarding treatment and appointments Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients Verifying dental insurance benefits Checking patients in and out Maintaining accurate patient records Communicating clearly with doctors, team members, and patients Ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentiality Assisting with administrative and front office duties as needed What We're Looking For Previous front desk, receptionist, or healthcare office experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Professional appearance and demeanor Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong understanding of insurance verification and treatment plan presentation Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Confident working both independently and in a team Familiarity with dental software (CareStack experience a plus) Patient-first mindset and ability to explain clinical concepts in layman's terms What We Offer Pay starting at $18-$24/hour, based on experience Full-time, 7-5:30 schedule (Monday through Friday) No nights or weekends Medical, dental, vision insurance options Paid holidays Supportive, growth-minded work culture
