Our busy, modern dental practice is looking for a Patient Care & Hygiene Coordinator to be the face of our office. Your Responsibilities The Patient Experience:

Greet patients with a warm welcome and assist them with digital forms and check-in.

Hygiene Advocacy:

Proactively manage the hygiene schedule to ensure our patients stay on track with their regular preventative care.

Insurance & Billing:

Verify benefits, communicate with insurance providers, and accurately collect payments.

Records Management:

Maintain precise patient charts and update records within our practice management software.

Daily Operations:

Coordinate daily schedules to ensure the clinical team is set up for success and the office runs efficiently.

What We're Looking For Experience:

At least 6 months of dental office experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in dental practice management software (Eaglesoft/DS Core experience is a plus) and a solid grasp of dental terminology.

Communication:

Exceptional telephone etiquette and the ability to explain insurance benefits clearly to patients.

Organization:

Competitive Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00/hour based on experience plus team bonuses.

Work-Life Balance:
