About SineCera White Bluff SineCera White Bluff is a short-term residential treatment facility located in White Bluff, Tennessee serving veterans and first responders struggling with substance use, PTSD, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and structured care that restores stability, resilience, purpose, and authenticity so individuals can successfully return to their families, careers, and communities. Services may include residential treatment, behavioral health support, medication management, individual and group therapy, relapse prevention, case management, yoga, tai chi, equine therapy, wellness programming, and peer recovery support services. Position Summary Oversees clinical services within the residential treatment program while also providing direct therapeutic care to residents. Education Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field required. Qualifications Active Tennessee licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred Leadership and supervisory experience preferred Experience working with addiction and trauma recovery
