JOB SUMMARY

Provides leadership and direction for ongoing process improvement; change management through interdisciplinary work across settings; and collaboration with all departments related to the call center and authorization team. Through multi-disciplinary teamwork; promotes quality and integration with other disciplines and services to meet established organizational goals. Coordinates and communicates changes in workflows and process standardizations to improve compliance and operational efficiency.
