Requirements Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas (or eligibility for Texas licensure). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; master's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. At least 5 years of acute care nursing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role (charge nurse, supervisor, manager, or similar). Demonstrated success leading teams, improving clinical outcomes, and supporting a positive work environment.
