Job Description
We are seeking a bi-lingual proactive and detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator/Insurance coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, insurance, and clinical staff regarding treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your expertise will help facilitate efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and clear communication of treatment strategies, ultimately supporting optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Collaborate with clinicians to develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans for patients Communicate treatment recommendations clearly to patients, ensuring understanding of procedures and next steps Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and necessary procedures in accordance with treatment protocols Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment plans, patient progress notes, and related records Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure insurance authorizations and billing processes align with treatment schedules Assist in managing patient inquiries related to treatment options and plan modifications Support the clinical team by providing administrative support related to medical records and documentation compliance Requirements Prior experience working in a dental office setting or healthcare environment is preferred Strong knowledge of dental terminology and healthcare procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Proficiency in dental administrative support tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and insurance coordination Office experience demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail Dental office experience is a plus but not required Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff in a professional manner Join us in delivering exceptional patient care through precise coordination and compassionate communication.
