SUMMARY The Facility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the general upkeep, safety, and functionality of the manufacturing facility and its support systems. This role coordinates facility-related services, manages contractors and service providers, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Facility Coordinator works closely with the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, and other departments to support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Proactively support all Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and policies. Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, lighting, air compressors plumbing, cranes, water treatment, chillers, camera systems, fire emergency systems and other building infrastructure. Schedule and oversee work performed by external contractors and service providers. Manage facility inspections, compliance checks, and regulatory documentation. Support planning and execution of facility upgrades, renovations, and shutdowns. Maintain records of facility assets, warranties, and service agreements. Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate corrective actions. Communicate facility status, issues, and improvement opportunities to the Maintenance Manager and team. Other duties as assigned.

Preferred:
Three (3) years of experience in facility coordination or management in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with CMMS platform (eMaint preferred). High School Diploma or GED required. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of building systems and facility operations.

This position operates in an industrial/field environment. The role requires working in and around manufacturing equipment, heavy machinery, and potentially hazardous materials.
