Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Staffing Coordinator (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this vital role, you will oversee the recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring we maintain a high standard of patient care through effective talent management. Your energetic approach will help us build strong relationships with prospective candidates and internal teams alike, fostering a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality healthcare delivery by sourcing and coordinating top-tier CNA talent efficiently and professionally. •ON CALL Regularly• Duties Coordinate the recruitment process for CNAs, including sourcing candidates via social media management, HR sourcing tools like iCIMS or Taleo, and cold calling potential applicants. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline candidate flow, track interview progress, and maintain accurate records. Conduct interviews with prospective CNAs, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit through effective communication skills and structured interview techniques. Facilitate employee orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand facility policies, employment contracts, and compliance with labor law standards. Collaborate with HR and management to develop staffing schedules that meet patient care needs while optimizing employee relations and employee evaluation processes. Maintain strong relationship management with internal teams and external candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support onboarding activities such as contract processing via HRIS systems like Workday or UltiPro and coordinate training & development programs for new staff. Requirements Proven experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR sourcing within healthcare or related fields. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and negotiate employment terms. Familiarity with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or Taleo; experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro is preferred. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during hiring and onboarding processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes; proficiency in using platforms like Salesforce or ADP for candidate tracking is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, research skills for talent sourcing, and cold calling techniques to generate leads.
