In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central hub for coordinating dental hygiene services, ensuring seamless patient flow, and supporting the clinical team with administrative excellence. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help create a positive experience for patients while maintaining efficient clinic operations. Duties Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and rescheduling to optimize clinic flow using dental practice management software Dentrix Assist with patient intake processes, including verifying patients paper work are sent and put in the system correctly. Ensure compliance with dental office policies and regulations Review and update patient medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff through phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and front desk support Maintain organized filing systems for medical records and dental charts while managing electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Dentrix, Weave and Dental Intell Qualifications Proven experience in a dental office setting with familiarity in dental terminology and medical billing practices Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, dental practice management software (Dentrix). Excellent patient service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities Ability to handle clerical tasks Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and medical record management Join us in making a difference by supporting our team in delivering outstanding dental care!
