It is a good fit for someone newer in dentistry or healthcare who wants to learn, grow, and become part of a long-term team. It is not a good fit for someone looking only for marketing, only for front desk, only for chairside assisting, or a short-term stepping stone. • Rise Dental is a privately owned, wellness-focused dental practice in Cedar Park. We are not corporate. Our mission is to deliver relationship-centered, wellness-driven dentistry through modern technology, clear communication, and genuine care. We are looking for a Patient Experience & Clinical Support Coordinator to help support the patient experience, daily office flow, clinical team, and practice growth. This is a flexible, growth-oriented role for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, warm, professional, and willing to help wherever the team needs support. You do not need to know everything on day one. You do need to care, learn quickly, follow through, and bring a strong work ethic every day. This role may include supporting the Patient Care Coordinator, helping with patient communication, assisting with check-in/check-out, preparing rooms, sterilization, clinical setup, patient education, filming content, social media support, and general office projects. As Rise grows, we want this person to grow into the role that best fits their strengths. That may be patient care coordination, clinical support, operations, marketing, community outreach, or leadership. If you are looking for a short-term stepping stone, a place to clock in and clock out, or a role where you only do one narrow set of tasks, this is not the right fit. What You'll DoPatient Experience & PCC Support Welcome patients and help create a calm, thoughtful experience Support patient communication, scheduling, check-in, and check-out Help patients understand next steps in their care Support follow-up, referrals, paperwork, and daily admin flow Help the team keep patient handoffs clear and organized Clinical & Office Flow Support Help with sterilization and room turnover Prepare rooms, materials, and patient areas Support the clinical team when additional columns are running Assist with inventory and organization Step in where needed to keep the day flowing smoothly Marketing & Growth Support Help capture photos and videos for social media Support behind-the-scenes content creation Assist with patient education materials Help with community events, referral outreach, and practice growth projects Bring ideas that help make the office feel more connected, caring, and human Requirements Dental experience preferred, but not required for the right person RDA license preferred, but not required Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable learning technology and digital tools Willing to help with both administrative and clinical support Must have excellent follow-through and work ethic Bonus Skills RDA license or dental background Experience with Open Dental Experience with social media, filming, Canva, or content creation Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese Experience in hospitality, wellness, healthcare, childcare, teaching, or customer service Interest in wellness, holistic care, or patient education This Role Is a
