Job Description

Peak Performance and Functional Chiropractic is a growing chiropractic and wellness clinic focused on helping people get out of pain, move better, and get back to living life at their best. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk/ Patient Care Coordinator to join our team part-time, with the goal of expanding into a full-time position as the clinic continues to grow. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys health and wellness, likes working directly with people, and wants to be part of a clinic where patients are treated with care, respect, and attention. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can grow with the practice long-term and eventually step into more of an Office Manager role as responsibilities expand. About the Role The Patient Care Coordinator is often the first and last person our patients interact with, so this role is extremely important to the overall patient experience. Day to day, this person will help manage the front desk, communicate with patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, collect payments, assist with patient flow, follow up with leads and current patients, and help keep the clinic running smoothly. This role will also include light sales and patient communication, such as explaining our services, pricing, packages, and helping interested patients take the next step in booking care. The right person should be comfortable having confident, helpful conversations with patients and should understand that they play an important role in helping people begin and continue their care. Main Responsibilities Responsibilities will include a blend of front desk, patient care, and clinic support duties, such as: Greeting patients and creating a warm, professional experience Answering phones, responding to questions, and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Collecting payments and explaining pricing or package options Helping new patients understand the next steps in care Following up with leads, missed calls, and patient inquiries Supporting patient flow throughout the clinic Helping keep the front desk, waiting area, and treatment spaces clean and organized Assisting with basic clinic tasks, patient communication, and daily operations Working directly with the doctor and team to create a positive patient experience Who We Are Looking For The right person does not need chiropractic or medical office experience.
